I have previously written about my love of COS in the attached post. However, as we wait in anticipation of the opening of COS’s first New Zealand Store. I find myself getting very excited about what I can potentially buy. This post is just that, all of “My Current COS Stores Obsessions,” i.e. What’s in my Shopping Cart.
COS – About
COS (short for Collection of Style) was launched in 2007 as the more sophisticated sister brand to the Swiss Store H&M. It is synonymous with timeless, minimal and functional fashion.
It’s high-quality essentials for the modern wardrobe, reinvented classics, mid-level pricing, and contemporary designs that last well beyond the season.
The brand’s ethos is to put longevity first, combining this approach to design by focusing on using sustainable fabrics and material innovation, with a goal to use primarily recycled or repurposed materials by 2030.
Everything COS is inspired by art and design. – “Art and design lie at the centre of COS. This is the thread that runs through everything – our constant inspiration.”
COS – New Zealand
According to sources, New Zealand’s first store will open in the impressive new Westfield Newmarket in Auckland on the 20th of March 2020.
I’m finding it very exciting that we will no longer need to cross international waters (which is timely given the current state of the world). Or rely on convoluted online shopping options such as YouShop | New Zealand Post or ShopUSA.
I hope you find inspiration in the edit “My Current COS Stores Obsessions, i.e. What’s in my Shopping Cart.” Either if you are fortunate enough to have a local COS store already or if, like me, you are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the one in New Zealand!
