I’m not sure when the last time I considered wearing coordinating sweats outside the home was appropriate. I’m thinking back to my years of regulation-matching school tracksuits.
However, with lockdowns and the need to stay home, one outfit phenomenon has been popular: the coordinating sweatsuit.
And there is no doubt that a monochrome coordinating set makes for a more elevated and effortlessly put-together at-home look. It’s so simple to style: two matching pieces, and you are sorted!

I recently went in search of a new crossbody bag. And amidst my vast search, I eventually found the one!
Polène is a Parisian leather goods brand founded in 2016 by two brothers and a sister. According to the website, the brand’s collections “embody confident and classical true line combined with fluid and graceful curves”.
Despite Polène’s relatively limited collection, the options also appeared limitless. I eventually decided on Polène’s signature handbag, the “Number One Nano” (with 21 colour options to choose from currently).

I’m not totally convinced of the “New Balance Dad Shoe” trend. But I actually do love the 327, which has a 70’s New Balance look with a contemporary modern edge.
This edition was designed by Olympian Sydney McLaughlin, with a gorgeous heel inscription, “Be the first you.”
A cute and relatively affordable running shoe to combine with your coordinating sweats outfit!
