The 10 Best Stylish White Sneakers for Women in 2019 | If you are searching for the best stylish white sneakers for 2019, look no further. There is no doubt that sneakers have a fashion movement; almost every “designer” is dressing up in sports shoes, and with the popularity of athleisure, sneakers have undoubtedly taken a role as an everyday shoe and a fashion statement, not just with the street-style set!
It doesn’t seem too long ago that I almost hated white sneakers, and the thought of wearing sneakers with jeans “sneans” or sneakers with a skirt “commuter style” was a bit of a fashion crime in my mind.
If you follow any style bloggers, fashion Instagrammers, or lifestyle/fashion publications, you have likely seen white sneakers in many of them. They’re comfortable, generally affordable, and easy to dress down in an outfit without sacrificing style (even Victoria Beckham, with her trademark stiletto, appears to be a convert).
A great pair of stylish white sneakers will go with almost everything you own, from skirts, jeans, coats, blazers, dresses and cropped pants. For inspiration, this post, “Balmain Blazer Outfit – Shop the Look”, features some of my favourites with a blazer, jeans, and t-shirt look.
So whether you’re looking to purchase your first pair of white sneakers or add a new style to your wardrobe, check out my 10 Best Stylish White Sneakers for Women, from the cost-effective to the all-out splurge !!

The 10 Best Stylish White Sneakers
01.
CONVERSE
All-Star Low-Top Leather Trainers
Everyone would need at least one pair of Converse in their wardrobe. These classic low-top Converse sneakers are gorgeous in all-white leather for a slightly sophisticated version of the classic All-Star.
I love them for a simplistic and minimal look. Seriously affordable, classic and elegantly cool.
02.
ADIDAS
STAN SMITHS
The iconic sneaker has become Adidas’ bestselling shoe and is quite the coveted item; as I said above, everyone and their mother seems to have a pair of these shoes now!
In France, Stan Smiths are an essential part of a wardrobe. Men, women, and children wear Stan Smiths everywhere, most likely due to the clean, minimalist look of the sneaker and the French’s tendency to wear simple and chic things.
I’ve included this subtle, minimal and elegant light pink version as something different from the masses.
the History of Stan Smiths
French tennis player Robert Haillet first wore them in 1965. However, the shoe didn’t gain widespread recognition until American tennis player Stan Smith became the number-one ranked player in the world in 1971 ( hence Stan Smith’s sketched portrait and signature on the tongue).
In the 80s and 90s, the shoe broke world records for sales before experiencing a decline in popularity. Adidas re-released the shoe in 2014 with a huge social media campaign involving celebrities and social media influencers, and the rest is history.

ADIDAS
Originals Superstar
Another all-time classic born in the ’70s. They’re not exactly a new trend. However, they remain exceptionally popular, and I’m not sure a post like this could exclude them. They have a “cool” vibe that feels almost effortless yet put together.
04.
VEJA™
Esplar Low Sneakers
Founded in Paris, Veja makes eco-friendly sneakers that don’t look eco-friendly. I love this Madewell version with the subtle gold logo, but it’s currently out of stock. However, Shopbop has a lovely version.
05.
FRYE
IVY Sneakers
I love the Frye Ivy sneaker and the minimalist and sleek silhouette. It can be worn anywhere with a touch of understated sophistication and elegance (if this can be said for wearing sneakers).
the History of Frye
Founded in 1863, Frye is the longest-operating shoemaker in the U.S.
The company has evolved beyond shoes and boots to bags and more, driven by a “best in business” commitment. Famous for iconic craftsmanship, Frye products are versatile and durable, with timeless details and exquisite leathers that have earned them a massive following”.
06.
D.O.F (Department of Finery)
IZZY WHITE Sneakers
This Australian-based brand, Department of Finery (aka D.O.F.), leads a new movement uniting street style with luxury sensibilities. Australian-based yet manufactured in Italy.
07.
COMMON PROJECTS
Original Achilles
Common Projects has built a cult-like following for its quality materials and sleek minimalist design. They’re the kind of white sneakers you can wear with basically everything.
The Original Achilles low-top sneakers are a brand signature, and the golden numbers at the heel ensure recognition for those in the know! These are seriously considered one of the best stylish sneakers.
Available in New Zealand at Workshop

PHILIPPE MODEL
Paris Sneakers
These Phillipe Model “Paris” are iconic and timeless. The logo patches add a bit of sophistication yet with a distressed, vintage-inspired finish and are made in Italy. These are a bit of a grown-up sneaker; they are effortless, distinctive, and super classic.
Available in New Zealand at Deval
Golden Goose
A classic and minimal pair of Golden Goose Sneakers retails for about $400USD, and some can carry a price tag upwards of $1,000USD
There is no doubt that these are investment shoes, but you can literally wear them every day, so on a “cost per wear” basis, they could be considered quite the bargain (especially compared to a pair of Jimmy Choo’s that one would wear once in a blue moon..well in my world anyway).
They epitomise a relaxed, chic, and edgy white sneaker. I would consider them one of the best stylish white sneakers. Apparently, if you own one pair, you won’t stop there.
09.
GOLDEN GOOSE DELUXE
Superstar low-top sneakers
If you check them out on any style bloggers, fashionista Instagrammers, or lifestyle/fashion publications, it’s hard not to covet a pair of these seriously. Once you get your head around the significant price tag for a second-hand-looking sneaker.
They are like a grown-up pair of Converse, crafted in Italy from supple white leather; each pair is unique with a handmade signature pre-loved worn look. They also have slightly raised heels and quite a slim profile, which doesn’t make your foot look huge.
09.
GOLDEN GOOSE DELUXE
PUREstar sneakers
This cleaner design departs from the Golden Goose hallmark “worn” look. So, if you are keen on a pair and yet too afraid of the initial comments from your “mum/husband” about the ludicrous price for the worn look, these may be for you.
