EVERLANE is synonymous with timeless styles at affordable prices. The brand is trendy and popular because it is effortless, fuss-free, and classic. It is American-based yet has a French-classic investment piece vibe about it (in contrast to the fast-fashion of stores like Zara and H&M), making Everlane a firm favourite for one of my first posts on “Stores I Love”!
About EVERLANE
In short, EVERLANE is an American online store founded on the concept of supply chain transparency. Since launching the company in 2010 as a direct-to-consumer clothing brand committed to “radical transparency.” Their mission has been to offer consumers well-designed, high-quality clothing and accessories at an approachable price point while sharing the actual cost of markup for every product.
EVERLANE uses its waiting lists, real-time data and customer feedback to make inventory decisions. Customers sign up for early access to new clothes and to be notified when popular ones are back (they sell out often). When Everlane’s new ballet-inspired heels sold out within three days, 28,000 people added their names to the waiting list.
EVERLANE Popularity
The company has millions of customers, including celebrities like Angelina Jolie, Karlie Kloss, and Meghan Markle. Meghan Markle famously wore the Everlane Day Market Tote to the Invictus Games in Toronto, where she and Prince Harry made their first-ever appearance as a couple in 2017.
EVERLANE – The Summary
Timeless styles at affordable prices are effectively how I would describe my personal style and love of fashion. Everlane fits perfectly within my criteria of “Stores I Love” I love the simplicity, quality and price point of a number of their shoes, bags, cashmere and dresses. And their shoes go up to a Size 11…what’s not to love?
I hope you find inspiration from some of my most coveted pieces in the current range.
